At home I always screen my calls - I'm signed up to an 'opt out' programme British Telecom run for direct marketing, but there are still companies who will just start at A in the phone book and work their way through it. We sometimes get sales calls from publishers at work, but they're usually not unanticipated so we can deal with them easily enough - but a call centre calling for an individual here? It's a bit beyond the joke really!

I am currently sitting at work wishing I was at home so I could watch more SPN... it's scary how quickly I have become obsessed with this show!
