SQ = a y√(h÷k)
Where: a = your actual age y = years of full time education h = hours spent watching the fandom in question and k = "knowledge", i.e. an estimation of the percentage of cognitive function given over to knowing/thinking about fandom.
SQuee can, of course, be measured in decibels, (db) but also in N/cm³ as a volume of total squee produced.
