The email this morning really did make me step back and think. For all of the celebrities I've had the good fortune to meet in the past, for all the fandom sites I run, I've still always assumed I flew under the radar in that respect.

It just goes to show that things said online - even in unobtrusive places online - should contain as much human decency and common courtesy as would be shown to a person's face.
