We just observed the three minute silence in rememberance of the civtims of the earthquake and resulting Tsunami on Boxing Day. (If you haven't yet, please consider donating to the relief fund - http://www.dec.org.uk/) I kind of thought that with this being a library it really wouldn't make all that much difference if we did a silence here, how wrong I was.

We are actually quite busy today, must be the exams coming up or something, and to a person everyone on this level marked the silence.
