since I didn't notice and since no one has contacted me about it, I didn't know Salt & Burn .org was gone and has been for over a month.

It never really took off in the way I wanted it to, but I really want to apologise to anyone who had stories archived on there.

I will continue with the awards, but I'll make them a sub-domain on the moments-lost site instead of their own address. (Otherwise it'll cost over $100). Is there interest enough to re-boot the archive on there as well?

What. The. Fuck?!

I can't get into Salt & Burn. What the hell is going on?!!

Right, so I have a problem with Salt & Burn.

The domain registration has lapsed and the company I'm with for UK registrations is crap. I have a huge favour to ask.

I've cancelled the domain with them, I've registerd the domain salt-and-burn.org with my current host company, but I would like to have something up at the original address to redirect people to the new domain once it's up. (Which it won't be for a couple of days apparently).

The problem is, I have no method of paying for anything online anymore. Would someone on my flist be willing to help me out by making a credit card payment for which I will of course pay you back? I'm not sure how long the cancellation will take before it can be re-registered, but this site is the cheapest I've found for redoing it. It's definitely not going to be more than five pounds (£5).

I hate asking for this, but I swear I will get the money to you.
