I love being a beta reader for those of you for whom I beta. Why? Because I get to see all of your writing before anyone else does and I get to share in the process.

Over the last two days I've had the absolute joy of beta reading ficlets for three different people and each one of them has been astounding. Only one of them has been posted so far (monkey_matt's Time To Hunger) and I can't wait until the others are put online so that I pimp them like mad.

Speaking of betas... I'm going to set up my beta filters this afternoon/evening - there's still time to say yay or nay to being on the filters. The polls are here. I already have some graphics to share on the filter and fingers crossed I should have at least one fic by Friday. (And potentially a meta essay as well - SPN based.)

Outstanding's a bit strong. I'd have said "evidence of a diseased mind" more like.

By the way - I've finished doing a pic for my header! Yay! (black 'n' white's so much easier than colour...) Want me to send it?
