So I'm going to be offline for the next two days. Not because I've got anything exciting to do, but because my sister deliberately forgot to make a call I'd asked her to make (and which she'd agreed to do) and I no longer have 'net access in the house. *woe*

If anything exciting happens over the weekend please link me?

mara_sho: alas, I have no spork in the house. It's - surprisingly enough - at Sis' house with all the other camping stuff.

Sis: Oh, it's you.
Sho: Yes, it's me - look, I just wanted to ask, do you still have that Spork with the camping stuff?
Sis: That what?
Sho: Spork?
Sis: What's a Spork?
Sho: It's a cross between a spoon and a fork...
Sis: Er, okay...  I don't know... I'd need to go and look.  Why d'you want it, anyway?
Sho: Just cos...
mara_sho: 'cept I can't make outgoing calls at the moment...
monkey_matt: Yeah, and reverse charge aint gonna work, either...
mara_sho: nope. She'd refuse it.

So tonight I shall be mostly writing and playing my guitar I think. (After watching Dark Angel because I can't get Ben out of my head now!)

I want to learn the guitar. I have a guitar. I just need to get it tuned and then I need to learn it. My goal is to eventually be able to play the Ballad of Jayne.

I could make movie recommendations! I just saw Battle Royale and Versus for the first time. Both are incredible and highly recommended -- although the pacing in Versus is all over the place. What kind of movie has its insane gun-fu battle against zombies in the second act and then no such insanity in the third? Still, love.

I don't know if I've recommended Dog Soldiers yet, but I should.
