And the seven songs thing - I was tagged by [livejournal.com profile] ludditerobot

List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your Livejournal along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they're listening to.

1 - Lennon//Asking You - I'd seen loads of people on my flist mention Lennon a lot but I only just got hold of Career Suicide a week or so ago. I've pretty much listened to it non-stop since then.

2 - Stereophonics//Rewind - I love this song. It's one of those things that I heard just at the right time to really have an impact with me. Plus, it's the 'Phonics - what's not to love?

3 - Big Dish//Miss America - yeah, so this is a really old pop song that I fully admit is beyond cheesy. But it's also pretty damn cool as well.

4 - Muse//Thoughts of a Dying Atheist - a) it has an extremely cool title; b) Matt plays guitar like an angel; c) it's Muse.

5 - Nina Simone//Folks Who Live on the Hill - this song is one of the songs that was on "The Tape" - a compilation my dad used to play in the car when we went for long drives. I adore it. And Nina? What more can I say?

6 - Jamie Cullum//Pointless Nostalgic - I can't put into words what this song means to me.

7 - Deacon Blue//James Joyce Soles - This is an odd one. I've been listening to it a lot lately because it helps trigger a story I'm currently writing, but I also love the song. It's an album track and Deacon Blue never really made it big anywhere but in the UK so it's pretty obscure.

Okay - I'm supposed to tag a bunch of people now but most of you have done this I think!
