1 - Supernatural - Dean. Guessed by jgracio. He's so damn broken, and yet he hides it with humour and snark - and charm; he's ultimately loyal and he won't give up on others - even if he's given up on himself.

3 - Angel - Lindsey. Guessed on the second pass by jgracio. I do like my broken boys don't I?! Lindsey veers from pole to pole, being unrepentently bad to wanting to do right, and never quite making it. He's the everyman.
4 - Doctor Who Martha. Guessed by unhobbityhobbit. I like the fact that Martha very much knew her own mind, even if she fell in love with the Doctor, she knew herself well enough to walk away. And she's in UNIT now - how cool is that?!
5 - Dark Angel Ben. Guessed by unhobbityhobbit. Much as I love Alec, there's a vulnerability and sanity to Ben that I love more - he's another of my broken boys who's really just trying to make sense of the world.

7 - Star Wars: EU Mara Jade. Guessed by jgracio. Not Mara Jade Skywalker, not anyone but Tim Zahn's Mara Jade, but still, Mara Jade. She's so screwed up and snarky and is a battler who can get over her issues and be far better for it.
