I hate Fridays  
Okay, so I finally seem to be coming down from my week long high just in time for the weekend.

I hate Fridays.

Very nearly didn't get out of bed this morning - because of the commute to work I *have* to be out of the house before 7 if I'm going to have any hope of getting to work by 9. 6:55 I was in my bed, still half asleep and some twisted sense of obligation to this bloody place actually propelled me up and out. I'm shattered, have a double-shot venti americano in front of me right now and am too tired to drink it plus I have the very friendly but ultimately annoying cleaner talking to me whilst I'm typing.

I hate Fridays.

On a plus side, while we were away at the weekend, [livejournal.com profile] smileawhile challenged me to write a non-Xander centric story. She gave me two characters and a time frame and despite a few logistical problems with it I've got it planned out in my head. I'm kinda looking forward to writing it to be honest, I won't tell you who it's based around until I actually have something done on it but let me just say I'm looking forward to letting my inner geek out to play for a while.... *grin*

Ah well, off to attempt to clear my desk then.

Your to tired to get sustenance into your body, but you can update your journal.

I like a girl who has her priorities. :)

I'm with you there on the hating of Fridays. I didn't show up to school on Friday for most of my time enrolled at my last school. (Friday was an elective day, where you only had your classes that you chose on your own) So I failed Home Ec, much to my mothers bafflement.

Hope you can wake up some, I'm looking forward to your story, I'm procrastinating by replying to you, because I have stuff to type, because I am an idiot. :) HAve a good day at work.

A good day at work.... in this place? *grin* And yeah, journal updating is far too important to just let slide, anything else can wait...

Managed to get the coffee drunk and am feeling marginally human right now - still not completely awake but getting there!

I have a train trip to take tomorrow and I tend to get a fair bit of writing done on the train so you never know, the story could well make an appearance then! Working title for it at the moment is "Happy in a Land of Us" but it's not a shipper story, which will be clear as soon as you find out who the main character is.

Okay, must finish checking the pile of work on my desk, have to do it before the caffeine wears off...

I NEED COFFEE!!!!!!!

Is it Andrew? Because you mentioned geek, and your afraid of Willow. And I don't think of Andrew in relation to ships.

I'm back at work now after two days off... was a little headachey earlier but took some tablets so it shouldn't be too bad now.

Ah well... off to slay some rail demons.

What is it you people have about killing Andrew?! I just kinda told Matt my plot outline idea for it and as soon as I mentioned Andrew he said (and I quote) "ooo! Kill him horribly!"

I think it's because he's so whiney... people will do anything to get rid of the whining.

BTW, have you read Paradigm Shifter's Xander the Jedi? I'm sure he's either not seen the original films or is completely confused as he has Senator Palpatine kneeling to Darth Sidious... Then again, could be those clones again.
