crap  
Why is it, on the single most beautiful day so far this year, I feel crappy? Headachey and tired - not a good combination when the sun's splitting the trees.... ah well, might just grab my notepad and head on down to the beach to try to get some writing done.

OR possibly stop waffling on about nothing important and actually get some work done on the site? Hmmm. that might actually be a plan...

Why is it, on one of the nicest days of the year so far (the rain clouds have arrived!) I'm at work... *sigh*... Ah well, I guess it'll happen more than it doesn't... Just hope the weathers nice through and beyond the bank holiday... we're having a coupla extra days off.

I don't think I'm getting the bank holiday off actually which kinda sucks. The library is definitely open which I guess means I'm working - might have to check my leave allowance and see if I've got enough days left or not.

Gotta admit it's one of the bonuses of being with a private company as opposed to a University... I at least get the statutory days off....

My day got better - didn't end up going down to the beach, just mooched around the house and wondered what the hell was up with my dvd player - this is the second one in a row that's stopped playing audio tracks. I can see everything going on on screen but there's no sound... I really shouldn't buy cheap crap technology like this but it's annoying. I wanted to watch Spaced!

Just finished Chapter 4 of WaDaDM. I'm going to type it up now and maybe have it posted soon - I'm not sure if I'm going to have it beta read or not yet. I guess I'll see how I feel when it's typed...

I really hate migraines - It started to hit me at work last night and by the time I got home I just had to crawl into bed and sleep (missing Tru Calling and Angel... grrr! luckily TC's repeated and I've already seen Angel on download so it's not too big a problem)

Woke up this morning feeling like death warmed up so I took some flexi time and stayed home, on a gorgeous day, in the house, feeling sorry for myself and eating grapes. All better now though! Thanks!
