Good grief I'm tired! Couldn't sleep last night so I'm currently coping on less than four hours worth and I've got a full day at work to get through... might try to take the afternoon off and catch up with some stuff.

Grrrr! Sorry, got distracted by the TV there - national news, talking about how they can improve the country's sportiing future and how many times did they say England instead of Britain? I lost count. I know it sounds petty, but every four years when the Olympics are on it just gets worse! English athletes are English unless they lose and then they're British. Welsh, Scots, Northern Irish, Cornish and everyone else are British unless they lose and then they're Welsh, Scottish, Northern Irish, Cornish and everything else.

Sometimes when the "regional nations" athletes win they're even called English.

It pisses me off, sorry! I need coffee now.

The curling at the last winter olympics spring to mind. An all Scottish team competeing for Great Britain, and they're referred to as the english team. And the english wonder why we get so pissed off at them and why there's so much anti-english feeling in Scotland and the other 'fringe' nations.
