It might be time to cut back....
... I have caffeine jitters. Seriously, my hands are shaking, my heart's pounding just a little too fast to be healthy and my brain's firing off in odd tangents.

Might be time to cut back on the caffeine then...

That'll do it. If you want to keep alert, I strongly recommend fruit juices over caffeine. Really, in countering exhaustion, it's like vampirism: it keeps the body moving while the soul goes elsewhere.

y'know, I was actually craving a fresh orange juice this morning but because I didn't have any I settled for coffee instead.

Note to self, buy more fruit juices!

There's such a thing as too much caffeine? Seriously? Hmmm ... nah. I don't believe you.

How's you?

LOL - yeah, apparently...

Still jittery and now added hungry that as well. *sigh*

Off to go make some dinner and then catch up on all I've missed lately.

(BTW - love that icon, I almost snagged it when I saw it on [livejournal.com profile] lost_icons but decided against it. Now I see it again I'm tempted - again!)

I used to get bad migraines and the doctors put me on an exclusion diet for a while (no caffeine, no cheese, no red wine, no chocolate etc) and I remember at the time I struggled. And I drank a lot less coffee in those days.

I really should cut back, I'm still fidgeting two hours after my last coffee...
