Phew!  
so the plagiarism drama was a storm in a tea cup. The original author has apologised profusely to me and the new author has been very sweet about it.

Phew!

Fingers crossed this will all be solved now!

They've both been absolute sweethearts about it all which is just fantastic - they could have been really pissy but they weren't.
