Every morning should start like this!  
yes, even though I'm sick I'm still up earlier than I should be - anyway, I got up, made some ginger tea in a vain attempt to settle my stomach, switched on the TV amd it was still on the music channel I'd had on as background last night.

Quite why they were showing a live special show at 8am when they just know that people like me are going to up the volume straight away I really don't know!

Anyway, I'm currently being treated to a full hour of specially recorded material from the Stereophonics. Including material from the upcoming album - whoch sounds like it's gonna rock!

Sorry to hear that tummy's still causing you problems. Maybe the lovely tv wants to make you feel better and that's the reason they've put the Stereophonics special on?

(Quick question, these pretty picture things you lovingly make which we borrow/snaffle, can we use them on other board or just in LJ entries? I don't know the netiquette!)

of course you can use them anywhere else - some boards have a pretty small file size allowance though in comparison to LJ so you might find they're a bit on the large side. If the one you want to use is, then just gimme a shout and I'll see if I can bring down the file size for you.

My head's now decided to start aching a lot as well which kinda sucks, so I might not be around a lot today.
