Icons!  
I miss my shows. I really miss my shows. Reading the quotes you guys have suggested has just made me realise how much I miss them.

*sigh*

So anyway, I iconed! Some of these are really... not good, but I'm including them here so you guys can see where my head's been at today. Lots of different styles, I deliberately tried a lot of things to see what I found worked. #13 owes a *huge* debt to [livejournal.com profile] miss_jaffacake's wonderful icons but I felt that while I love the style, it wasn't one I could see myself working with throughout. So I went back to the brushes and textures and stock images et voila.

(by the way, the tartan in 29 &30 is my own clan tartan. *g*)

Took a whole bunch. Think they're all great, though my favorites are the Dawn "I had a plan" and Spike's "To the AngelMobile, Away" ones.

And you need to do the "No, not the hair, never the hair!" bit. God, is there any part of that monologue that isn't quotable?

Also, you have a Clan? :)

Thanks! I will definitely be doing the 'not the hair!' one later in the week. I was getting to the stage last night where every one I was making was getting darker and darker and harder to read so I figured it was time to call it quits for the night.

And yup, full-blooded Scot. I have a clan. I'm not a Mac or a Mc though, but still - a clan. :)
