let those two little girls turn on the TV without being reminded that their daddy is in hospital. Let's stop pointing the finger until Hamster gets the all clear. Until we know he can go home and be with his girls again.

I don't know Richard Hammond or his family or friends. I've never met them. I do know how fucking scary this must be for his wife and daughters. I do know that turning on the TV and being faced with "but the BBC should never have let him do this" does not help right now.

The man is in hospital. Let him recover. Let his family breathe again. Let everyone breathe again before pointing the finger.

In case you have no idea what I'm talking about - Richard Hammond, Top Gear presenter, suffered a serious injury after a major crash

I heard about this too-poor guy. And his family. It's not right at a time like that.

That was exactly my feelings too when I had the misfortune to watch the ITN news last night. I really enjoy Richard's presenting, Ellie loves Brainiac on Sky although I haven't mentioned this yet to her. After Steve Irwin she'll begin to panic.

And I just want to add OMGWTF!!! You had to suck me into your obsession. It took me just half the pilot, although I saw the ending coming way down the street. It's Dean of course and then the car. Started the second ep but had to stop due to RL getting in the way.

I know I'm in trouble when I start adding SPN icons to my LJ. Also check out [livejournal.com profile] astartexx new Dean vid, I am hearing great things from respectable vidders but I want to keep clear until I've played catchup.
