"I think that bitch broke my hand"  
Ow. Ow, ow, ow. You know that saying "I know it like the back of my hand"? Well... the back of my hand is kinda unrecognisable right now, what with the giant purple bruise on it. Think I've chipped a bone in there, hurts like hell and 'brufen is only working for about an hour before I'm wishing I could take some more.

Not going to be on the computer much until I can type at my normal speed again because this one handed slow typing is irritating me. Did it yesterday, whatever it was I did - I honestly don't remember - and if it's not any less painful I'm going to A&E soon. I can move my hand, and wiggle my fingers and everything, so it's not actually broken, just bloody sore.

yeah... I got it looked at - not too much of a wait today, one great thing about living rurally I guess!. Not broken, bad bruise, the bone is possible bruised but if it's still sore in a couple of days I've to go get it x-rayed. It's too swollen just now to get a decent result apparently. And I've to rest it.

So I drove to the hospital, then picked up a new lightbulb for my headlamp and changed it when I got home. Think that counts as resting it? :)

I was kinda moving furniture, I think the wrought iron bed might be to blame. Either that or the dinnre table. The bruise is less purple now, but still, an interesting colour, and the new painkillers and beer are making it not hurt - so yay! Might take a picture of it and post it. It's... kinda gross really. :)
