I just spoke to Steve.

He asked what I was doing on Sunday night, I said I had nothing planned did he have anything in mind? I asked how the gig went, I have no idea what he said, I said "you have to come to Glasgow next time!" He said something about how he'd already heard that and was planning it...

I don't know what I'm saying right now! I hope to hell Cat remembers this better than I do because I don't remember it at all!

I think he blew my mind when he said "so what are you wearing?"

From then on I have no memory other than me being on the floor in my kitchen. Seriously.

LOL! He didn't actually end up wearing them, but did you see the stickers people had at Asylum? "Drinking to bring back John Winchester... I've been doing it so long I've forgotten how to stop"? Well, wenchpixie is behind those and I gave two of then to Jensen after my photo shoot, he read them and said "Oh, that's awesome!" - so I got him to say awesome too!

I can so see where you are coming from - sometimes it's so much easier to put someone else ahead of yourself. Yeah, I understand.

But remember at least you spoke to Jensen, I couldn't even do that - in fact *cough, cough* I think I may have bruised the lad and I was too out of it to apologise .. kinda one of the reasons I wrote to the man once I got home. Though thinking about it he isn't a small guy and maybe he didn't get hurt at all.

And hey, I really am happy that Cat and Steve were able to make you so happy.

A couple of years ago I was in a meet'n'greet with Nathan Fillion and he remembered my friend but not me (acrazywench). I aked him why it was that some people make an impression and others don't and he gave me some really good tips (including a demonstration that spilled half my drink but...). Since then, every time I've been in that kind of situation I've thought back to that. Exude confidence. Be yourself. Don't be shy, don't be fangirly, say hello, say how much you admire them/their work. It's worked for me ever since.

Although, like I say, I've always had someone else's goal n mind when I've done it so...
