Not striking. Sleeping  
I fully understand the reasons behind the proposed LJ strike today, but realistically it's not going to change a thing. Plus, I have a permanent account - me not posting or commenting today doesn't change a new user's rights to a basic account.

So what have I been doing?

Sleeping.

Seriously, I just got up and it's almost 3 o'clock. Okay, so for the last couple of hours I've been watching TV in bed (Secondhand Lions was on - it's such a lovely film) and I figured mid-afternoon is about the time I should show my face to the world.

So, hello world.

(Plus? have you guys seen the new CK picture on the MySpace? And I thought the puppy was cute... this one? kinda took my breath away. ([livejournal.com profile] killerweasel's just posted it to someof the CK comms as well.))

I wish I could sleep til 3pm. Instead I could unceremoniously woken up by a screaming parent. Happy holidays, Ash.

Actually, me, my laptop and… Stardust, we're climbing under the covers now. Yes, this sounds like a plan!

But pretty hero!Chris was worth sleeping in for (even with the dodgy facial hair!)

And now I'm giving HSM a chance... #2 is on BBC1 right now... Although given the choice I'd go with Stardust - I love that film!

There were some allegations of anti-semitism as a motive for some strikers, so...I'm right here.

...I had no idea about any strike, came online for the first time in a bit today so *shrugs* Probably wouldn't have taken part in the strike anyway, tbh.

Sleeping is good :)

(Have seen, like very much. In related news, remember when your itunes decided to possess your pc? I may have ripped a few of the songs off myspace, and then they decided to possess my laptop and not stop playing. There was no music program open to play them through though. Had to restart my laptop 'cause I wanted to watch Torchwood...)

Sleeping FTW! I watched a good bit of Second hand Lions too.

Yeah I ain't striking either, I have a paid account and I cant see it making any difference if I did.

I was uber productive today, got up around 11.00, after waking at 10.00 and watching Top Gear :D

I then went on to tidy my bedroom (while listening to John Barrowman)which was seriously needed. Took me about 4 and a bit hours but I can now once again see the floor and open all my drawers, next thing it the computer desk :D

New CK picture is very, um what's the word..*guh* sums it up well lol.
