FAO: UK based tenants
If you are renting from a private landlord (ie not your local council) and are getting LHA (Local Housing Allowance) to help towards your rent, you need to know about this.

From next month, the LHA amounts could be worked out on 30% of the average rental prices in your area as opposed to the current 50% calculation.

This means you may lose out on the money you get to help you pay your rent.
