Spam!  
Yes, despite me saying I wouldn't spam you today, here I am making my third post...

Work is kinda hectic right now and my boss asked me to do something urgent. Me being the good supervisor I am, asked one of the level 3s to help me out with it. She's doing exactly what I do on a daily basis and has just sent me this email:

how do you do this job on a regular basis without stabbing yourself repeatedly in the head? No really, I'm asking.
