Steve's totally not my type either, but man he's got some serious charisma. Photographs (and even videos) don't really do him justice but meeting him in person is a whole other story!

I have to say that it would be tough to choose between the three of them - can't I have them all? *grins*

I'm still completely hyper right now - and being oddly work-oriented today for some reason - it's been four days since the phone call, I'd have thought I'd have at least started to come down now but nope!

(And I've been bitten by a Dark Angel drabble bunny... I may have to watch some season two episodes again... such a hardship!)

I know you can cap directly from GOM player for FLV files, if you don't want to risk the conversion (I love gom player, although I'm not very versed in its capping properties and the documentation is - as with a lot of open source - a little lacking... however, it plays just about EVERYTHING and it can start playing them before the file's fully downloaded....)

Awesome. D'you know if it does frame advance? I might just have a look at that tonight when I get home.

I'll try the conversion as well - if I can convert to .avi I can import it directly into ImageReady instead of having to cap each individual frame - I'll see what I come up with.

(Course I really should do the Sweet Charity stuff I owe people before doing anything else!)

I don't think so, but it might. I know it does burst capping and you can specify how many frames you want in the burst. GOM's got a small footprint anyway, so it's probably a reasonable thing to have :) (and the sound adjust has been VERY useful for the recent vids ;) ).

I love this video. I've been watching it over and over for like, 5 hours. It's just awesome. The video's so ridiculously hot, and the colouring in it is awesome.

It's such an amazing video - especially for a relatively new artist, it manages to combine the performance aspect with a real narrative flow in a way that in no way feels clunky at all. And it manages to highlight just how hot that man is!

Although kind of weird, because I'm still in that place where, having seen him in the flesh so recently, Steve is a real person and therefore shouldn't be wandering around professional videos making out with models.
