Thank you all for your absolute patience and understanding over the past little while whilst I've been transferring files, setting up servers, clearing things up and generally flailing at my FTP client refusing to connect to the interwebs.

But, after far longer than I had really hoped, the sites are back!!!

I Need a Parrot - the general Xander Harris site, which accepts fic of all genres, ratings, pairings and types (with the sole exception of RPF/RPS)

Hand on Heart - the Buffy/Xander and Buffy&Xander site.

Key to the Heart - the Dawn/Xander and Dawn&Xander site.

Effects of a Troubled Heart - the Faith/Xander and Faith&Xander site.

Daughters of Sineya - the Slayer-centric site.

I'm working on tidying things up a little, but they are up and running and raring to go!!

You rock! I've been thinking of you this week and hoping you weren't working too hard on all this.

I notice that you seem to have managed to preserve the structure perfectly. That means that all I have to do is go through my bookmark file and do a search and replace of ".co.uk" with ".org" in all the links. Easy. :-)

Luckily all the changes I had to make were all in the admin-y type areas of the site so theoretically it should work out that all the stories and authors have exactly the same id numbers as they had previously, meaning that a link can be extrapolated by suybstituting the .co.uk with .org. It certainly has worked out that way for all of the ones I've tested the theory on, but I wouldn't like to say definitely yes.

Not sure if it's just me... I just checked out the Hand on Heart site and found that it contains only one story? I was checking to see if my link to lwbush's "Tabula Rasa" was still valid after revision.

Unfortunately this is the third incarnation of HoH - the first was lost irrevocably, and after the last relaunch there was only one story uploaded.

Hopefully I can get the original authors to come back and reupload their work.
