Dude...
Wow. I know it's been a while since I've been writing in the Xander (and by extension the Buffyverse) fandom, but damn I'd forgotten how self-affirming it is!

*hugs everyone for reading and reviewing*

*waves hi to flistee* [livejournal.com profile] moscow_watcher - honey, don't worry about spamming my inbox, if all my spam was as great as your comments I'd never use my junk filter!

Squee!

I knew there was a reason I loved this fandom!

*waves back*

There is something about Buffyverse that attracts me like a magnet. There are great shows I watch and love. I adored BSG. I like SPN. I watch Lost with interest. I'm totally in love with Dollhouse.

But none of the shows makes me passionate enough to read and write fanfiction. Joss did something unique - he gave us both the source and the unquenchable thirst. He ended the show the way that offers us boundless possibilities to develop and gives us many fascinating characters to explore.

I'm savouring Crimson Regrets. I can appreciate stories about Xander and Faith as comrades-in-arms, as well as stories about then as teenagers experiencing the first love - but I love complex, messy, controversial love stories, and Crimson Regrets is my type of fanfic.

It's a wonderful fandom, isn't it?
