Kay, in completely random news, I flicked through the channels there and stumbled over House Doctor which usually annoys me and gets flicked past really quickly. This time however, the presenter was standing on a beach and the shot behind him looked incredibly familiar. Then he opened his (English) mouth and said he was in "Garelockhead" (yes, I put the 'k' in there deliberately.) For the first 16 years of my life I lived in a village ten minutes further round the loch from Garelochhead. Heh Although if he says "In the Scottish Highlands!" one more time I think I may just scream - the Gare Loch is vrey firmly in the Central Belt.

So this ff.net search meme type thing? I did it a while back and no one likes the name Shona for some reason... So I tried Mara, fully expecting there to be either no results or some Star Wars crossovers. 15 found, most are actually by an author called Mara2 who puts "thanks, Mara" in all her summaries but the others? ( Heh! )

My half day that I took yesterday so I could get the River icons finished? (which - yay!) clashed with a course I was supposed to go to. Only found out this morning when I opened up Outlook and my reminder for it popped up... ooops. The course? Web Publishing Using Front Page. I think I'll somehow manage to struggle by having missed it!

Took flexi time last night so I should really stay till 5 tonight but it's a glorious day out there and I don't want to be here. (Do I ever?) I'm in an odd mood today, people are annoying me a lot now so I'm keeping out of people's way as much as possible. So why do they insist on talking to me and distracting me all the time? Grrr. I have headphones on for a reason you know.

I should do something productive with my time shouldn't I? I think I need someone to stand over me and tell me to stop slacking off. Effects... needs redesigned, the site I'm setting up for a band needs some content on there desperately, my fics need to be written, the icons need to be finished, ever get the feeling I have too many things on the go at once and that's part of the reason nothing seems to get done?
